Our quality standards are at highest level. One single final control is not sufficient for us; therefore, our quality controls accompany a product through all manufacturing steps. We are certified according to quality standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

Cutting

In manufacturing blanks, different melting processes and thermal cutting techniques are employed:

  • Oxyfuel
  • Plasma

Welding seam preparation

For a subsequent processing of the requested components by the client, the DEUMU offers two different procedures of welding seam preparation:

  • Mechanical welding seam preparation
  • Thermal welding seam preparation

Forming

The following reforming steps are offered for the manufacturing of components:

  • Bending
  • Edging
  • Straightening with a straightening press and a straightening roller

 

Surface preparation

In the area of surface preparation, all usual processing steps are possible, depending on customer wishes:

  • Blasting
  • Coating
  • Preserving
  • Varnishing
